U.S. national data should start rolling in tomorrow for September, but global tallies seem to run about a month behind.

35,109 Prius Prime (or Prius PHV) sold world wide. During the same time period Toyota sold 35,162 plug-in cars. So, what are the 53 plug-in cars Toyota sold that is not Prius Prime (or Prius PHV)? (n)

These are global figures. Toyota offers the Prius PHEV in more markets than Chevy does the Volt. I think the Bolt will be available in Europe as the Ampera-E, where the Volt was dropped from with the gen2.

    Left over iQ EVs?

Toyota has a little, low speed EV, like a Gem or Xebra, that they might actually offer for sale.

    Build Your Dreams.

BYD is a Chinese manufacturer (along with Geely, Chery and other smaller brands). BYD is one of the larger ones and I believe it's the one backed by Malcom Bricklin (the US billionaire) so we might see those cars here soon (once it's marketable and up to US specifications)

As posted elsewhere in this forum, someone else implied that they're here in California; I resemble that comment!!
