I bought mine from Evasive Motorsports. I spent about $2400.

LMAO - I'm probably no more than 100 miles from this guy and the roads are totally littered with potholes. I mean literally one every 10 feet. It's only going to get worse because we've got a 30-degree freeze-thaw temperature swing this week (today was almost 50F, tonight is going to be like 13F).

Wow really? Not that many potholes here. Are you in the ghetto?

Sucks for you that you live on the surface of the moon with your "totally littered with potholes" road conditions...

But seriously, if the OP says his roads are "SE WI: I would say reasonable"; well then I'm going to believe that statement
& respond based on that info.

Your link doesn't take me to an exact part number wheel, but based on your posted specs those will work fine. (hopefully not to heavy)

Buy these hub centric rings (4) Hub Centric Rings 73.1mm (Wheel) to 54.1mm (Hub) | Hubcentric Ring | eBay

Then send an Email to Velox & ask for a recommendation on tuner lug nuts because your stock lug nuts are going to be
to big, double cut wheels (5x100 & 114) require smaller diameter lug nuts.

    I’ll definitely do that.

In your opinion what color rim goes best with a gray exterior IMG_0188.jpg

What color or style wheel you pick is up to you, maybe just drive it for a week or so until you really decide.

Your message mentioned the Velox "Blade" wheel which is a 15x7", this wheel will still work with a 195/65-15, a 195/65-15 tire has an allowable wheel width range of 5.5" to 7" inches. When asking Velox about tuner lug nuts, I'd also ask about the wheel weight.

Maybe consider the Maxxim Winner which is made by Konig, it is a 15x6.5", ET38, 5x100/114, 73.1 hub bore, at 13.4 lbs. Best price is $83.00 each shipped.

Wheel on the left is the Maxxim Winner.

Velox emailed me this “We have confirmed the 15 inch Blade wheels meet your 2019 Toyota Prius' fitment requirements. These will do require Tuner style lugs which are sent in our One Time Complimentary Installation Hardware kit with Costco wheel orders. You will also receive our 73.1 - 54.1 hub rings.”

They are only 15lbs when I asked them on the phone today.

What I really want is a concave style rim. I just cannot locate anything similar to it in a 15” size.

That car is running Niche Targa M129 Anthracite 17x8" wheels with Toyo Versado Eco 215/45/17 tires.

Correct, that’s the “style” I’m after as long as those rims don’t look too dark since I already have a dark gray vehicle. I love the look of those rims generally speaking. So far Velox and Costco seem to have me covered in what I need. I’m also checking out others, but they are not telling that they include what Velox is telling they include to make this a proper installation. I may just end up going with the Velox Blade wheel and call it a day. I think that looks the best and matches up with what your saying overall spec wise.

I’m also trying to sure I get a wheel that won’t bend easily if I do drive over bad potholes.

My advice, get your car & drive it a little bit. Take a few days to finalize your wheel purchase decision, when you're absolutely
    sure then pull the trigger.

PS, those Niche Targa M129 17x8" are Very Heavy at 25 lbs each.

Had a Prius before. This is my 1st Prime. Now it’s just wheel selection and color mainly. Driving it around isn’t really going to change that :)

It's actually not as bad as some of the roads that I had to drive on my way to NAIAS in Michigan. It's the huge temperature swings that we've been seeing that are causing the roads to degrade.

    Chicagoland gonna Chicagoland.

The pothole problem in Milwaukee (SE WI) is so bad (just like us) it made the news:
