Prius 2006, no lights on the steering wheel, code b1801 horn not working, and airbag light on.

I have my 2006 prius now for almost 3 years, since I bought it I couldn't use the buttons and only had lights on the steering wheel when turning it. Recently, even when turning the steering wheel I can't see the lights anymore, but also the horn stopped working, and now I got an airbag light on with the code b1801.

I read some of the info here on the forum, but still confuse. To try to fix it, should I replace my spiral cable or my clock spring? Are those things related?

Also, anyone have any advice on where to buy and which one (the info I got here in the forum is from 6+ years ago, maybe things have changed over time)?
