Prius 2007 Possible Brake Actuator probelms?

    In the past for some time, when turning on the car the Brake, (!), ABS, and VSC lights stay on for 10 seconds and then disappear, if I go into reverse and the warning lights turn off the car brakes itself hard. Some times I would hear a constant beep noise when pressing the brake pedal.

    Last night when I turned on the car, the warning lights stayed on and the Brake Actuator turns on every 5 seconds. Braking power is normal. I'm hoping it's the Brake Actuator as it's covered by TBS.

    C0200 and C0205 are Front Speed Sensor RH & LH Circuit (respectively)
    C1391 = Accumulator Leak Malfunction
    C1256 = Accumulator Low Pressure

    I don't know which codes they are looking for to do the warranty repair, but those two accumulator DTCs match your symptoms.

    You lucked out.

    The warranty enhancement expires 12/31/2017 OR, 10 years from date of first use or 150K miles.
