Prius 2010 odometer went blank

I have 2010 Prius with 221k on it, I did some maintenance (sparking plugs, egr ports, egr intake passes, pvc valve) and everything was perfect with drive test as no sound and no engine codes.

I didnt put it back windshield wiper, motor, plastic and metal cover as need to get access to plugs easily.

So I took it to car wash to get engine cleaned.

Before wash I covered all electric connection with plastic so water doesn't get into any harness.

After wash when I start my car the odometer where fuel gage, speed meter display was so dimmer and fluctuate and then went blank that half part of screen.

The rest where hand brake, engine, airbag sign display works.

I disconnect battery terminal and put it back but doesn't work.

Any idea what it could be went wrong.
