Prius Chat Shop / Order

    I placed an order about three weeks ago on prius chat shop. I have only received half my order. I have called and left a message with my number but received no return call. Any idea what is going on with that? Any of the forum users run the shop?
    For some reason I cant send an email to them. Text is not showing up in the email link when I attempt to type in it.
    Appreciate as much help as I can get

    The owner of this website also runs the shop. He generally seems to be AWOL, hasn't logged in here in 29 weeks. The mere fact that you received half your recent order is the best recent sign that he still exists:

    That's not encouraging! I'm okay with the delay in shipping but want some type of contact with them so I will know whats happening?

    Are you saying I need to stop payment? I hate to do that unless it just isn't ever going to be shipped. I want the product.

    Some of his shop orders have been slow for years, so waiting a bit longer is a good idea.
    One item here is to be aware of your credit card dispute process. Make sure you don't pay this item until the order is received, and be ready to file a challenge with the card company if you receive / hear nothing from him in the next couple weeks.

    Dealerships will have the blockheater, or be able to get it for you. Price shouldn't be much more.

    I would ask about installed price too: it's a hard to get at install location.

    he should contact you quickly, his time on this site is not indicative of his shoppe services. he's busy with a young family, and trying to keep the site up, on top of his regular job.
