Prius curb hit 6 months ago. Please help

Your Camry wore out its bearing gradually through ordinary usage. Your Prius may have worn its bearing out through severe shock + ordinary usage, so the failure mode may not be identical. It's also possible that both the wheel bearing and cv joint are bad, with each contributing a different portion of the soundtrack.

Either way, both parts are in the same area and would require roughly the same teardown for further investigation.
