So I ran a check on my 2006 prius and found code p0a80 and p3191. Hybrid code was listed as pending fault, while engine no start was listed as current fault. Below I've attached some screenshots of my results. I know that for code p3191 it could be a bad 12v auxiliary, which is not the case. Or it could be just the throttle body and MAF sensor needs cleaning which i will do. My main concern is this, " is my hybrid battery on its way out". Voltages are close.

    Any opinion/help would be appreciated.

I have the same thing but i only have P0A80 powertrain pending code what was the problem with your car did you figure it out

Your block 8 does not seems to be good may be either you need to clean your busbars on block 8 or if you want to change the cells i would say change the whole block 8 not just single cell..
Also if you are doing that then clean all 28 bus bars..
