The car won't turn on. Any idea how to get this off the tow truck?

Just did this recently with a dead 2009.
Connect a jump pack to the underhood jump point in the fusebox.
Immediately put the car in neutral. I left the jump pack connected and using just the brakes as needed to control speed, rolled the car right off the flatbed.

There's no easy way to disengage the parking pawl unless you have 12v power, since it's a 12v motor on the transaxle that engages/disengages it.

That's what I've noticed too when I put my noco genius on the 12 volt or the jump points I can always get it to neutral whether I can't start it and shift it to drive a reverse it goes to neutral If it's in neutral I'm pushing it off the flatbed or I'm dragging the car where I want it to go without incident.
