I just picked up a 2014 Prius that needs some TLC.
Started with the engine bay cleaning:
Sprayed key areas with degreaser, waiting a few mins. then used a low to medium pressure washer to spray it all off. The final key step is spraying all rubber and plastic pieces with 303 Aerospace protectant.

The 12 volt cable plugging in atop the AC compressor is prone to retain water, corrode out. I’d disconnect it and blow it dry. To release, a pen knife blade inserted just above the base on the front side and pried outwards releases it easy.

    how many miles on it?

At least you aren't the guy who posted on here after he pressure washed his dashboard... But in general I keep engine cleaning to scrub brushes, washcloths and rags. Way less risk of water damage that way.

Yeah that engine coolant looks to have the wrong stuff in there, maybe DEXCOOL stuff. It should be pink like the inverter coolant reservoir.
