Prius jerks forward while stepping on the brake

    Does anyone notice that the prius III gen will feel like it jerks forward while stepping on the brakes? I drive on NYC streets where there are a lot of pot holes. It seems to occur when I am decelerating from ~15mph while the tires hit a small pot hole...then the car will lurch forward and I have to step even harder on the brakes.

    Am I the only one or is this a known problem?
