Of course, I'm the sort of EE that has no idea what an engineered print is, and probably couldn't understand what they were thinking either. :D

One of my former coworkers was quick to point out that an Electrical Engineer is nothing like an Electrician after his family laughed at him when he tried measuring voltage on a fluorescent lamp ballast with his multimeter set to the current setting. (Just so nobody tries this at home, doing so results in sparks, smoke, and/or fuse-blowing.)

Cool. Pit tags? We (husband more than I) design habitat restoration, fish passage, diversion structures, etc. for the salmonids on the Columbia River System as part of the mitigation for the dams. I do more of the activity management for those projects. Pleased to meet'cha!

Nope, not PIT tags. JSATS (Juvenile Salmon Acoustic Telemetry System) tags (and receivers).

Real estate agent and reformed Mercedes, Escalade driver. Never been as pleased than with my Prius. Got my realtor mom one as well! My clients love it and respect it more than any of the flashier vehicles ive owned. These are different times and this vehicle is such a better image.

I am a Solar Thermal Engineer. Mostly domestic hot water, radiant heating, pool and spa, and recently got into root-zone heating/hydroponics for greenhouses. All of my systems are custom and range from a single family home to apartment buildings to institutions. This fall i will be opening up shop in Europe as they have some nice Non-reimbursable grants over there unlike here in the US.... :( I also drive a 2008 Mercedes Sprinter 144" turbo diesel for work.www.SolarH2O.org
