    so then we get 4.224 L/100 km for the CS cycle for the Prius PHV, giving ~55.7 mpgUS, compared to 3.7 L/100 km (63.6) and 3.9 L/100 km (60.3) for the Extra-Urban and Urban cycles, respectively, on the regular Prius.

    That sounds backwards. The imperial gallon is larger than the US gallon, so imperial MPG should be higher.
