Prius Prime 2017 – Techstream 17 Door Lock Settings Missing

I connected Techstream 17 to my Prius Prime 2017 (JDM import) and went to the Door Lock customization menu, but there are no options available to change.
Has anyone else run into this? Is it a version issue or a limitation on the Prime?

Troubleshooting done so far:

• Verified Techstream 17 installation and connection to vehicle.
• Checked other customization menus — they load fine.
• Tried with ignition ON (Ready) and in ACC mode.
• Verified OBD cable works with other functions.
• No error codes present.

Questions:

• Is this a Techstream version limitation for the Prime?
• Does Toyota lock these settings on JDM models?
• Has anyone accessed these settings with a different Techstream version?
