    If it wasn't for the CARS program I would be still driving my old Volvo wagon and looking for a used Prius. With the CARS program that $4,500 was what made it worth it to score a 2010 Prius like right now. It still comes down to one word DEPRECIATION. The $4,500
    paid for the next 18 to 24 months of depreciation.
