Prius throttle not moving after battery switch removed

    Hey guys, i took off the battery saftey switch yesterday as i was working on some stuff, now when i put the switch back, and try to turn the car on, the throttle motor does not move, no matter how much i try to press the gas.. is there some sort of rest on the motor like in the audi's? Thanks
