Prius = Total Value Award Winner

    Depends what criteria you are using, if I remember correctly. Going by interior space, the Prius is mid-size. If you go by weight, the car is compact. I don't remember what groups/organizations/companies use which criteria though...

    Oh, and in the article they said the index was based on "buyer's complete vehicle ownership experience and the economic consequences of the purchase, immediate or expected during ownership". They forgot to mention environmental/socio-political consequences of the purchase.

    I guess if they factored that in that the Prius would have gotten a 1245 out of 1000 on the "total value index", hardly fair to any other cars on the market :lol:
