    Hello everyone,
I had an bad accident with my Prius v 2018 on the early morning of Jan. 26.The other driver run
a red light and total my Prius and I end up with a fracture sternum (the bone in the middle of your chest) due to the seat belt.I have a good coverage with my insurance to the point if the was ever been totaled they would pay
the base price that I pay when I bought the car new.Now the adjuster is giving me a hard time saying that he needs the accessory decal that was attached to the window when I bought the car in order to see what kind of accessory the Prius V 2 had.Unfortunately I left that decal in the car at the wrecker service which is about 40 miles from my house and I'm still in pain with the fracture and making a long trip like that won"t be easy for me.
Now my question is if there's a Toyota web site where I can go and pull up what kind of accessory a 2015
Prius V 2 had hoping that he adjuster we'll accept that, your help will appreciated, thanks.

Go to the Toyota Owners site & register your VIN.

You cannot get more official than Toyota. They made the car.

You'd think, but many are higher factory optioned than suggested by the VIN. For example, many of what are indicated to be 2012 v Two and Three are actually Fives as delivered from the factory. I'm not talking about SET or other POE modifications, these are factory Fives that show on the Toyota Owners website as Twos or Threes.

Might try asking someone at the wrecking yard if they could please take a picture of it for you, then text or email it over.
