    What is the point of the deflectors? When do you use them and why?

    Since a/c was introduced, the only time I roll down my windows is to take or pay a parking pass at a garage or to let a fly out of the cabin.

    It seems to me anything that sticks out has to create drag even if small.

    It let's you park the car and crack the windows down about and inch or two to let some heat out, and a bit and a breeze in. Car stays much cooler, especially when parked in the sun and used with a heatshield sun deflector.
