Prius v Major Aftermarket Upgrade

Any update to this thread? How is the road noise like? My last few cars were Lexus, so there is a big difference with road noise and wind noise from the window.

 

So, I'm curious about some things.

Did this fix the awful audio quality from the stock system? (Seems obvious but I figured it was worth asking)

Did this makeover effect your mpg?

I'm currently in limbo trying to decide if I want to continue adding or jump ship! Thanks!

 

I read this sort of report here frequently, and wonder whether we got the pick of the litter.

2012 v Five -- no rattles, squeaks or buzzes from new to now.

And, no, we're not deaf... or hearing impaired.

Oh, and nice 'upgrade', BTW. More like an interior replacement/rebuild.

 

No rattles, squeeks or buzzes on mine with 29k.

100 miles today and nothing abnormal. 2 passengers, 5 big boxes of Costco stuff.

Biggest expense was for window wipers so far after 4 years if you don't count map update, Softex upgrade, DRL addition and Weathertec mats.

Road noise, yes. Price you pay for less weight.
