Prius v unlock NAV lock in motion

With the liftback Prius there is a mod you can do (I think actually available in the priuschat store) that lets you temporarily trick the radio into thinking the car is idle.

I'd have to imagine there is a similar trick for the Prius v.

I very much doubt it, since it could be considered as compromising safety.
