If power windows are working that means you are able to power the car.
    1. Is the MFD screen on when power windows operate?
    2. If you put it in gear does the car move?
    3. Is it possible your combination meter (speedometer) gone bad?

Mfd does not come on and no the car doesn’t go through gears but I heard somewhere if the pump keeps cycling it means that it’s not working am I supposed to do the bleed procedure before starting the car or?

The pump keeps cycling trying to build pressure but now there is a lot of air so it works more. This appears to be normal.

I am sure you have checked the hybrid battery orange plug and you push it correctly in two steps. The same circuit is also open when the inverter cover is removed. A short pin for the interlock switch is provided on the service plug grip and the inverter cover. Therefore, the interlock signal line circuit opens when the service plug grip or the inverter cover is removed. Maybe you need to take the inverter cover off again and check.

does the pump still make that noise, its a pretty loud sound and it sounds like its trying to prime something but cannot, ive taken the inverter off and made sure the switch was in, maybe I am being dumb, but everything just points to the actuator because all other diagnostics have come back correct.
