How long have you owned the car? When did this start happening? Your car is starting, don't keep trying to jump start it.

Was the car running fine before this started? Or did you have issues?

it was running fine all day, I drove 700+ miles yesterday, never happened this before, I thought battery was dead so I used jumping cables for jump but nothing worked so far. I dont know if there is any other way to find any error code?

sometimes a dead battery can prevent the car from being jumped.

Your car is not going into Ready mode and your hybrid warning is on. If you don't have the necessary tools to trouble shoot this, you have to bring it to the dealer or a hybrid mechanic.

If you like to just get it started, you can disconnect the negative battery terminal for a few seconds and that will reset your car. But that won't fix your problem.

okay, get a digital volt meter and test the battery at the posts. you should get a reading 0f 12.6 or better. do not turn the car on.

I recently had the same problem, only at the McDonalds drive-thru..I got all kinds of alarm on dash board, couldn't go into drive or reverse.

For me, it was the throttle body - the dealer said could try to clean for about $ 250 or replace for $ 1,200 - mine is 2007 with 213k miles.

I chose to replace since there was no guarantee if cleaning would solve the problem.

yes, you can try to recharge it, it may or may not work. usually that's the case if a light was left on or the car wasn't used for a long time.

YouTube 12 volt auxilary battery test. It will walk you through checking your trunk battery as you call it. Do this and report back.
