    The site hardly even loads today, at least for me. Also, I'm seeing ad codes all over the screen instead of ads. Strange.

    No problem for me today, but then I block all ads.

    I've got Safari set to block the popups...maybe it's something else? I only deal with computers at the user level, so I'll have to plead ignorance. Something's not working right. :rolleyes:

    edit: Here's what I see on this page, for instance: \r\n\r\nvar _ifid = Math.floor( Math.random() * 100 );document.write(""); try{var ifr = document.getElementById("_cwif"+_ifid);doc = ifr.contentDocument;doc.writeln("");var f = doc.getElementById('_cwsf1');f.method = 'POST';f.action = "http://tag.contextweb.com/TagPublish/sc.aspx?cs=504693_4_25748%40EMPTY%40.contextweb.com%4005%2F26%2F2011%40%252F*504693_4_25748%401306441232671%40.contextweb.com%4005%2F26%2F2011%40%252F*V%402y8YVXOfu3dh%40.contextweb.com%4006%2F07%2F2011%40%252F*vf%401%40.contextweb.com%4005%2F27%2F2011%40%252F";f.submit();} catch(e) {}

    The turtle glitch is gone, but the ad codes are still a mess.

    I got some malware from PriusChat recently...like on Tuesday? Possible that slow forum could be related? Don't know, just wondering...

    I hit a period of slowness again at ~1:35 am Pacific time. It took >5 minutes after I posted a reply for control to return and for me to be able to see my post.

    I had turned the nightly backup cron back on (it starts around 1am Pacific). I just turned off the nightly and changed it to weekly since I'm now using Jungledisk to backup incremental changes on the site every 6 hours. Let me know if it happens again to you.

    Thanks! I think the prob if it being slow around 1 am Pacific is fixed.

    However, I just had a bought of slowness when posting (~4:14 pm Pacific). It doesn't appear to be my net connection as other sites are quick in loading.

    I also have trouble logging on.
    I have not trouble with any other sites.
    What's going on?

    Priuschat was virtually unreachable at around 1:50 pm to 2:10 pm Pacific time or so. It seemed to be responding to pings w/o packet loss but if I did a telnet www.prisuchat.com 80 and sent a GET /, there'd be no response. I eventually errors from my browsers but later eventually got "fixed".

    Priuschat became VERY slow around ~12:45 am Pacific on 8/20 (Saturday morning/Friday morning). I had a reply take FOREVER to return and I received a "Page not found error" but with Priuschat banner and graphics surrounding it. Some of my attempts to visit other pages on Priuschat also eventually timed out w/the same prob.

    Is this the weekly cron job? Can it be dialed down a bit in terms of the impact to the site?

    At about 1:25 am Pacific, one of my post attempts timed out and in one of my tabs, when trying to view an area, I even got a database error page.

    It seemed very slow today (9/23) around 11:45 am to noon-ish Pacific time. Was it just me? It seemed I was able to visit other sites w/o issue.
