Problem Checking HV Battery of Toyota Aqua G 2014 with Techstream through VCX Nano

Hi Everyone,

I was facing low millage problem since Mar-18 with my Toyota AQUA G 2014 so decided to check the battery status on Techstream software with VCX -Nano. Below is the Image of its ECU Menu



and Health Check Completion Results



2 Questions
1. The Device did not detect any HV Battery. It is showing the Hybrid Control but no any Battery Blocks?
Please Help in this regard how can I see the HV Battery to check its Status and Life.
2. Hybrid Control is Showing a DTC does this need to be resolved or leave it as it is?

Ans to Q # 1:- My Toyota Aqua started giving 18~19km/l since March-18. It was giving 21~23km/l before. Below are some precautions I always take while driving Hybrid

1. Oil - 0W-20 (Only 4000 Km run till yet)

2.a. Tyre - 175/65R15
2.b. Tyre Pressure - 33 Front 31 Rear

3. Altron X Petrol (RON-95~97)

4. car do convert on EV and Hybrid battery do charge. In my Area the Speed restriction is of 45Km/h, so mostly have to be light foot and on Battery in any case.

5. Air Filter lastly was cleaned with air pressure on 20th March 2018 (Only 600 Km run till then). Planning to change with Oil after 6000~6500 Km running.

Ans to Q # 2: - I investigated the car in Ready Mode

Ans to Q # 3:- Today found the tab to check the HV Battery Below is the data it has collected


I am concerned for the Battery charging and discharging

Any help will be Appreciated.

The P3000 was removed and there was no any other sub code. Below are the answers

1. Battery fan is Clean, was checked with last service on 20th March 2018 (Only 800 Km run till then)
2 & 3. As I bought this car 2nd hand so not sure if there were any problems with last Owner,

can you suggest any good App that can run with VCX nano via Wifi.

 

No I am not facing any other issues, just low millage, which it self is a big issue.

Thinking to get oil and filters get changed earlier then, to see the impact

Till Feb it was giving 22-23km/l

What is prolong setup and From where I can get this?
I live in Karachi Pakistan

How to get prolong equipment

 

The petrol in Pakistan is not of that quality. I use to get my car fill up from PSO Altron X, till April.

In May I got it filled from Hasco High Octane.

I have noticed that the car when runs in peak hot timing reduces the mileage rapidly,

I keep the A/C on all the time but the temperature is maintained between 26~27C.

 

Got it,
Understood the higher the outside temperature the lower the battery performance.
This is the issue I was facing.
My daily travel is 50~60 Km, but the route is full of traffic, and when I have to travel in hot peak timing the mileage reduces.

the weather in Karachi is mostly hot, it does not get that cold, so my average in Winter was about 23
