"Problem" message after removing the HV fuse

    I had to clean the HV battery surrounding due to liquid that spilled in the back trunk.
    As part of the cleaning I removed the HV fuze, see first photo.
    When plug it in and try to turn on the car I got:
    1. "Problem" message for few seconds as shown in the 2nd photo
    2. Red alert icon as in the 3rd photo
    3. Red triangular error as in 4th photo

    Car doesn't move to D, just for neutral. Fuse is OK.

    The spilled liquid did not get to the battery, I'm sure.

    Does anyone know what is the problem ? How can I fix it?

    Update:

    I just find out that the fuse has a latch mechanism which I didn't secured correctly.
    After latching it (it has a micro switch), everything go back to normal.

    It’s called the safety plug. Hundreds of posts for same issue so your not alone.

    Insert the plug then flip up the handle then slide the handle down till it locks.
