I have a 2008 Prius that came with the standard polyurethane (I think that is the material) steering wheel that was was in pretty poor condition. I just acquired a really nice leather wheel from the same year vehicle. I would like to swap over the two sets of steering wheel controls as:
    1. my originals are in better condition.
    2. the leather wheel's right side panel has controls for a nav system which my car (sadly) does not have.

I've searched here and on YouTube, but don't see anything detailing the procedure.

Removal of the steering wheel itself was simple and straightforward, but the procedure to remove the two control panels is not obvious to me.

Thank you in advance for any guidance or to a link outlining the procedure,

Easy. Just push out from steering wheel. Those are clipped by plastic holds.
