I don't think they're bolts. It's just one self-tapping screw going into plastic. I hope that helps.

    kudos for making quick corrections.

Have you considered putting together a kit for folks who don't have foglights? If I'm getting your kit, I'm not going to need the Toyota piece if you say it completely replaces the stock lens assembly.

All I need now is the grill, and foglamp switch with pigtail. The rest could be sourced easily at the parts store.

I have not considered putting together a kit because it seems to be more of a hassle than it is really. The grill can be purchased for cheap online as well as a Yaris fog kit $30-40 (includes wire harness) on ebay etc. Thanks for the suggestion though! A few users here have purchased my projectors, post up guys!

Thank you very much for your response. Could you help me source a switch with pigtail? That's the only thing left for me to put the kit together.

I tried looking on ebay but I get thousands of generic Chinese-made HIDs.

I'd like something that fits in the the blank on my PiP. I looked through some other threads but some say certain Yaris style switches fit while some others don't.

    Thanks a lot.

I purchased this exact one from this seller, switch fits perfectly. Kept the fog lights as a spare, just used the wire harness+switch. $37.63 shipped

Thanks for the suggestions. I don't mean to be a pain, but I really prefer not to purchase additional parts that I don't use.

I'm going to try to source the switch alone for another week or so, and if not I'll probably give up and order from the link you posted.

    Thanks.

That's perfect. Thank you very much.

I was actually going to make the switch turn on both the DRL and the fog together. I figured that if it's dark enough to require foglights, then the DRL being on doesn't hurt either.

    Thanks again.

I sent PM about those projectors (or Conversation whatever it's called).

Here is my set got it from cheizy :). I installed it on my 2011 IV, I add on the fog light a few months ago, switch over to the projector fog yesterday.

It takes about 1/2 hours to fit in both fog light with fitted with H11 HID kit. Here are a few photos I took before and after. Hope this help.

Hey, thanks for posting everything. I have a slightly off-topic question.

When your low-beam HID is on, if you flash the high beam, does your low beam ballast flicker?

I don't think it does, does it? On my halogen it doesn't look like the low beam skips a beat when you flash the high beam, but because of the halogen I can't tell if there's a moment where the low beam comes off and then back on.

I know on halogen and LEDs it's no big deal, but flashing HIDs is generally not good for the ballast.

A lot of cars with OEM bi xenon hid, flash the hid and they do not go bad. If it is possible to do it in an OEM hid equipped car, then doing it on your own car shouldnt be a problem. It is common for people to think that, but I dont believe it will be a big problem. In my C, when i flash the high beam, the lows, with HIDs, also flash. I have had the same setup for 2 and half years without a problem.

Nope, the low beam HID didn't flicker or momentary flash, I used the Genuine Philips retrofit hid kit from Singapore I paid quite a lot back in 2011, the fog light I used the Maxlux HID kit only $70. The low beam I connect it direct without relay/wiring harness
