Prolong™ Intelligent Discharger thermal testing

Here is a photo of our Prolong™ Intelligent Discharger undergoing some final thermal testing. The good news is that it can pull over 2.4A at 287V in 105F intake temperatures without breaking a sweat. The bad news is that we are setting the thermal safeties such that you will never be able to do this



For those that do not know, our Prolong™ Intelligent Discharger allows easy battery discharge to better facilitate the reconditioning process. It will auto-taper battery load from an efficient 2.5A down to a battery protecting 200mA. The discharge termination voltage is easily set by the user, then the go button is pressed. That's it! The Discharger does the rest, turning itself off when the job is done.
