Where did you see that my profile is based in New York?
I do not live in the USA, but I am registered on Priuschat for advice and help with problems with my car (prius 2010).
Even though you see "New York in my profile, that's a mistake.

After all, I bought “Prolong charger value” from HYBRID AUTOMOTIVE, so I asked Jeff for help. When Jeff asks me, I will show him proof of purchase and the USPS tracking number to my country.

Then why are you tagging it on someone else's post of having sold a HA charger? Make a new thread entirely instead of bumping a necro one. Even then, this post wouldn't belong in the Classifieds section.

And the previous person is right, your profile says New York. I read your profile and past posts to know that you are out of country.
