You might want to say whether the harness is included or not.

Since it's in the picture, I'd assume so, but yes, it would be nice to make that abundantly clear. (y)

If you want to purchase a harness and get in on the Bay Area shared Prolong system, that might be another way to do it;).

But if you buy your own, this is a good deal(y).

@jeff652, is that some sort of quick disconnect for the battery terminals?

It just so happens I have a spare harness here at the house that is part of what we share for the Prolong equipment:

So to me it looks like one of the leads is missing:

You could probably get that from @jeff652 (y).

Thank you! Is it something that is something that I'd need to get a new harness or something that can be replaced (fixed)

Fixed as I bet those are just lying around at the shop where the harnesses are assembled ;).

To expand on what Jeff said:
The Black Cap is the fuse holder, and is the red wire.
The black wire is also cut short.

Both will need ring terminal connections as shown in Ray's 2nd photo.

Looks like they didn't want to spend 10 minutes to remove the left side panel and back seat, so they could get to the terminal cover and remove it.

FYI: If the car is still being driven, the wires need to be removed or properly capped. You don't want those wire accidentally shorting against anything.

Nice catch, Ray! The very first picture was a little small and indistinct and I had forgotten about the fuse holder. Super easy to fix, but I agree that if there are cut-off wires connected to the battery, they need to be removed for safety right away. Probably, the worst that would happen is a ground fault that would shut down the car, but a shock isn't out of the question.
