Maybe worth noting, it's Toyota USA. That said, it's the same or very similar cars the world 'round, so still a good resource to keep an eye on.

Entering a VIN you do not need to enter a (US) state, worked for me. It showed the interim notice about the inverter and fail-safe mode.
