Purchasing a used 2014 Prius C one

    I leased a 2014 Prius C One (the lowest trim) for two years. My lease ends at the end of December. I use my car to get back and forth to work. I chose a Prius C because I care about mileage, reliability, and I like driving a small car.

    I don't care for the new features as I'm all about economy.

    My payoff amount is about $14,000. The mileage is currently 25,000 miles.

    My question(s):

    1. How long will a 2014 Prius C actually last? Will my vehicle be good for another 10 years?
    2. Should I purchase the vehicle?
    3. Should I lease or purchase a new vehicle?
    4. Is $14,000 a good deal?

    welcome!
    it's hard to say how long it will last, but you have a 10/150 warranty on the hybrid battery, so, no worries there. overall, prius is tops in reliability, so you can't ask for more than that.

    the best thing to do is look around at used ones for price comparison. one thing you know about your car is how you drove and took care of it, which is a big advantage. all the best!(y)

    I was recently in market for used Prius and I don't think 14k for Prius C us a good deal.With 13k I got regular Prius 2014 with 39k milage.
