Seaside pearl isn't a valid color for the 2010, you'll be waiting for a while ;-)

That's good to know. What are the valid colors?

The only blue will be the same blue as on the current Camry - it's rather dark. You'll find Blizzard Pearl on the Venza and Highlander as well. Red and Black are same as before. Do a quick search, you'll find a thread where Danny posted a table comparing current and new colors.

I am on a waiting list. My dealer took my credit card number but did not charge anything on it. I feel safe enough that I can get out of a deal if there isn't a good offer.

Well...neither dealer offered a "no money" wait-list. It was a "pay to play" deal, and I've decided to hold onto the cash for now. I have no idea how long the wait list is, but given that there are a lot of cars on dealer lots, I'm going to guess that the list will be relatively short.

As an aside, there are quite a lot of 2009 Prius at the local dealers. I'm not sure if it's due to the economy, current gas prices, the introduction of the 2010 or the combination of all 3, but there are some really tremendous deals to be had. Too bad I'm settled on the 2010.

Thanks for the replies fellows. Looks like I'll be going with my second choice of either Sandy Beach Metallic or Classic Silver Metallic.
I change my mind every few hours. :juggle:
