Would plasti-dipping the front emblem affect the full-speed dynamic radar cruise control?

    Yes, I'm pretty sure.

Anything that blocks the toyota emblem is blocking the sensor

well plasti dip is similar to a vinyl wrap, it's a fraction of a millimeter thick.

certainly plasti dipping without removing the emblem to do it properly would cause problems because of backspray. where and how big is the sensor?

I know for a fact that 1/4 ice completely blocks the radar.

The radar sensor is right behind the Toyota emblem.
