Radio and USB/AUX port problems

    HI!
    I just purchased this 2012 Prius C III from a Toyota dealership and have trouble with the radio and USB/AUX port - radio image attached (thank you google).

    Couple Challenges:

    1) I have been trying to connect my phone with Bluetooth and no matter what I try (even the manuals process) the Bluetooth button will not work, you can click it to your hearts content and the button will do absolutely nothing. It will highlight it, but will not redirect you to another menu. Almost like its disabled. I cleared the "Personal Data. at least I assume I did when I told it to) and still, nothing.
    2) Also, the USB & AUX port will not work either, no power going to them.

    Any advice on troubleshooting?
