Radio Prius C 2

So in addition to my connectivity issues, which I think I resolved, the newly installed radio, offered by dealer to make up for the defective first one, now does not always want to power on. Additionally, when this happens, you can't turn it off, you can hit the knob, but nothing happens. Stopping and restarting the car doesn't do a thing either. However, waiting a few hours and coming back a few hours later and it works!?
This is the pic I took this morning on the way in...didn't know if the screenshot would help anyone identify an issue. Only other thing I can say is that the two times it has happened has been in the early morning hours on a cold day. Very frustrating to not be able to listen to radio at all!
