I got 2008 Prius and my both rear door panel speakers grill are broken. I took the panels off and I found they are kind of molded to the panel, they aren't replaceable. I dont know what choices I have here? replace panels or is there something else can be done? Thanks

If it's not a removable piece, you'll have to replace the panel. Maybe you can find used? Does it bother you to have a broken plastic grill in the back? Not like you can see it from where you're sitting.

If your passengers broke the plastic grill, I would probably hesitate in replacing them as they might break them again.

I got two kids I dont want them to get cut from it. I was thinking if there is something else I can cut and glue it over in place, maybe some after market speakers grills. Thanks for your suggestions!

If you're not worried about cosmetics, you can buy some epoxy like glue (at walmart or somewhere). It's clear and you have to mix the 2 agents together. It mixes into a thick clear glue that dries in about an hour. It should take care of the sharp pieces and glue the broken parts together. I bought one a month ago for about $3 at walmart.
