I have Toyota Prius 2007. Today the left back stop opening from inside. It opens from outside. Its not locked from Child Lock. I have checked all the options. Can anyone suggest me how to fix it? Does it have any kind of fuse?

There is no fuse for a mechanical linkage.

Most likely the lock mechanism is stuck, so I would, in order:
    - Spray the latch with the lubricant of your choosing
    - Actuate the door lock/unlock switch at the driver's door a few times
    - Open/close the door a few times
    - Cycle the child lock a few times

If that does not fix it, the door panel will have to be removed and a more investigative analysis done on the hardware.

probably disconnected. you'll have to pull the door panel and reconnect

how does it feel when you pull on it compared to the other side?
