Rear roof angle

    Hey guys, I'm building a boat tail cargo carrier for the back of my car to improve mpgs and get some extra space for roadtrips.
    I was wondering if anyone knew the angle of the back hatch so can I build my box to continue that line to keep flow attached for best results? Not counting the spoiler, the glass part. Thanks and sorry if this has been discussed before.

    Are you not able to measure the angle yourself? Do you have access to your car? Sorry if that seems to be a stupid question, but it needed to be asked! ;):)
    P.S. on the very last page of the user destruction manual for my 2009 Gen II there is a drawing of the profile of the car, and I'm sure a larger scale drawing might be available on the InterNet, and basic geometry, mensuration etc. etc.

    Haha I do have access to my car but I don't have any precise measuring equipment. I was wondering if anyone had an measurement from literature or something. I thought making a thread would make the information more easily accessible to everyone as well. The picture is a good idea though. I'll try that out tomorrow
