    It is c
Commonly found wrapped around an orange. It is orange and dimpled in appearance.
Paint which has a dinpled appearance is also refered to as "orange peel".

If your doing a spoiler repair, would you mind posting some pictures?

Doesn't have to be a complete how-to. I'm just personally curious what the back looks like spoiler-less and I'm thinking others might be also.

Our's looks smooth as glass, apart from where it's dinged, LOL. I'm thinking it's black plastic right through.

:)For your information, the rear hatch has three interior plastic panels. Open the hatch and start with the bottom panel (the largest). One each side there is a 1/2" slot. Take a wide flat tip screwdriver and stick it into the slot, and pry up. There are two plug clips (one each side and the screwdriver will pop them loose). Once they're loose, pull up on the sides and the bottom to loosen the remaining plug clips and pull the cover away from the frame. You'll now have access to the frame around the upper rear window. Starting at the bottom, pull away from the frame and remove the second panel. You'll have access to the five bolts that "may" hold the spoiler on. I had these panels off on my Prius installing a third brake light flasher. I believe the rear hatch spoiler is black molded plastic and not painted.

Mine's smooth and shiny (aside from fine scratches).
