Starts on page 407 of Owner's Manual. If you don't have the manual, Google Toyota Techinfo, go to the manuals tab, fill in your info, and you can download a pdf version. For parts numbers, just ask at dealership parts counter. I've stripped out the headlight section from the pdf, attached:

Aren't the tail lights LED though, not replaceable, other than replacing the whole assembly?

I guess step 1 is: do a light check, have someone check while you do the various lights, see what's what.

I had a problem with a tail light on my '04. The plug connection on the right rear taillight somehow kept getting loose and the light would fail. Re-seating the plug would fix the problem until it came loose again.

Check 'em all. License plate light has burnt out a couple of times on our 2010 for example.

And after all, there wasnt a tail light out. It had dropped out of the socket area where it should have been.
Maybe he just wanted my phone number. Heck it was 6:30 in the morning. I was the only one on the freeway. Guess he was bored. Oh well fixed that issue! Thanks so much for all your wise and helpful comments!
