Are there any rebates for the 2020 prime.
When I purchased my 2017 Prime Advanced the factory gave a $3,500 rebate, NY state $1,150 and the federal Government $ 4,000 tax rebate

The Federal rebate is the same for the current model ($4,502 non-refundable credit). State and dealer rebates vary by state and geographic region. You would need to check your state website for any changes.

say you buy the 2017 and filed for the credit when doing your taxes in 2018..
now you sell your 2017 and buy a 2020 so next year, do you qualify for the credit? again?

Yes. As far as I can tell there is no limit to the credits you can take, knowing of course that this is a tax credit, meaning that if you get credit in excess of taxes otherwise owed, there is no benefit.

Specifically, this is a non-refundable credit. This limits the credit to the lesser of the credit amount or your Federal tax amount. There are refundable credits that are not limited to the Federal tax amount.
