Recommended body shop / person

Can somebody recommend for me body shop or person for repair in Las Vegas, please? What price I can expect from these pictures? And I will need some maintenance as well. I do not have place to do maintenance so I need somebody. Btw guy on parking lot offered me repair for $100 :-D.
    As you can see metal is split on the edge.

    If no one can recommend a decent body shop, do yourself a favor and visit yelp, sort the body shops by rating, then visit each..:whistle:
