I feel your pain though. It is hard to look at that car and make an immediate choice. You have so many cool options with the dark gray. Personally, I think the red is nice, but agree with '32kcolors' that the shade makes all the difference. To me personally, that car is screaming for a glossy neon green or blue (like the Monster beverage branding), or maybe just an overall blackout with a little tease of color like yellow or red around the rim rings.
