Red Triangle of Death, Check Engine Light On

Hi all,

I have a 2006 Prius that has warning lights turned on (Red Triangle + Check Engine Light) when it was driving to a market nearby.

Was able to drive home slowly on it, then diagnosed using TIS Techstream.

Ran a Health Check, and the following codes showed up:

P3000
P0A7F
C1241
B1421

I've attached some images that may or may not be helpful..

Any steps on what to check on next would be extremely helpful...
