Remote Climate and Remote Services stopped working

    I have a subscription service for Remote Services for my Prius Prime 2017, but it stopped working yesterday. I am getting errors like 'Cannot connect to the server' or 'Server Error Occured'.

    Has anyone else experienced the same issue.

    Called Toyoto to confirm that my subscription has not expired, but they are saying there is an outage going on. There is no ETA yet.

    After calling Toyota, connected services started working again. Not sure if they fix something.

    There's a number to call?


    Mine has been out for a few days.
    I sent an email to the app email address.
    Of course, no response.

    I still don't have any connectivity.

    I found the following phone number for Toyota:
    Phone: 800-331-4331

    As soon as I called, even before someone picked up, my app started working again.
    Hmmm....

    Edit., make that semi-working.
    The miles and charge status updated.
    But, I can't do a charge status update.
    Forget about climate working. Even on it's best days, it barely works.
    Sigh...

    Yes this is the phone # 800-331-4331 I called also. But my connected services started working one time only after making the call to Toyota and now it is the same as before 'Unable to connect to the server' or 'Cannot reach the server' error messages.

    After dialing the number I just pressed 0 and they opened a ticket. It is better to ask them to please transfer me to 'Connected Services Department'.

    As of now the support person told me that there is an issue going on and we are working on resolving it, but there is no ETA.

    If few of us calls Toyota, then they will know that something is wrong as lots of their customers are having issues.
