Hi everyone, my front passenger's side door has small dents and terrible paint condition (rust repair, poor matched paint, scratches). A breaker is selling a door in great condition, same colour but it has SKS (smart key), my car does not have it. So, question is; will this SKS-equipped door work with my car?. Note I am not trying to retrofit SKS, I know that requires a lot to be modified. I just want the door locking to work like a normal non-SKS door and that the wiring harnesses connect up easily.

yes, there is no difference without any wiring hooked up. the sks sends the signal from the fob to the rx ecu and then through the wiring to the door lock motor.
without any of that infrastructure, it's just a door.
