Replace vanity mirror without replacing visor?

Has anyone replaced the mirror in the visor without replacing the entire visor? I've only owned my Prius for a month and slid the mirror open for the first time today and noticed that it is splintered into a hundred pieces. I'm very unlikely to slide it open to actually look at myself but I know that it's going to bug me when I need to use the vanity light and just in general. I'd rather not spend $45 or more on a replacement if the mirror itself can be removed/replaced.
