Replaced upstream/downstream sensors, now gas engine won't start.

Replaced upstream/downstream sensors. had to splice the downstream as the only one available was universal. blue-blue white-white black-black black-black wiring. Now the dash lights up like a christmas tree, and the gas gauge is flashing first one bar then full bars, there was at least 4 gallons in the tank before I began working on it. (but the 'check engine light' is off, so I guess i fixed that issue, lol) So, after internet research, I changed did the master reset (fail), checked the ECM fuse (fail) disconnected the battery (fail) checked the voltage on the 12v (low normal) replaced the 12v battery...Still lighting up like a christmas tree, red triangle and the gas engine still wont start. ran manual diagnostic all three categories are blue. What do?
